Keep training over the Christmas holidays with our Technique classes we are putting on. this will focus on fundamental movements, posture, alignment and balance, this will provide the building blocks to make your movements more precise and controlled, no matter your dance style. there are so many benefits to taking a technique class including increased confidence, increase in performance quality and an increase in your confidence over all.
